What You'll Do9
- 1Manage store crews by assigning, directing, and following up on activities
- 2Communicate effectively with store management and crews to align on goals
- 3Assist customers with questions and complaints and promote CVS customer service culture
- 4Provide coaching and feedback on customer service and performance to colleagues
- 5Plan and execute merchandise displays, pricing, stock and seasonal inventories
- 6Maintain confidentiality and uphold company policies in handling customer information
- 7Oversee opening and closing procedures when no manager is onsite
- 8Respond to urgent issues with flexibility and urgency
- 9Support overtime and scheduling needs across early morning, overnight and weekend shifts
Requirements5
- 1Deductive reasoning, analytical skills and computer skills
- 2Advanced communication, supervision and influencing skills
- 3Ability to work a full‑time flexible schedule including some early mornings, overnights and weekends
- 4Anticipated 40 hours per week
- 5High School diploma or equivalent preferred but not required
