What You'll Do8
- 1Lead store staff during shifts, assigning tasks and following up to ensure smooth operations.
- 2Complete opening and closing procedures, including cash handling and security checks.
- 3Assist customers with questions, problems, and complaints, resolving issues per company policy.
- 4Price and stock merchandise, maintaining shelf accuracy and visual presentation.
- 5Execute weekly, promotional, and seasonal displays and signage, including off-shelf items.
- 6Reset departments following POGs (Plan-O-Grams) to optimize layout and product placement.
- 7Communicate effectively between store management and crew, relaying updates and priorities.
- 8Maintain customer and patient confidentiality in all interactions.
Requirements7
- 1High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- 21+ years of retail supervisory experience.
- 3Deductive reasoning and analytical skills for problem-solving.
- 4Advanced communication and supervision skills.
- 5Computer proficiency for inventory and scheduling tools.
- 6Flexible schedule including early mornings, overnights, weekends, and overtime as needed.
- 7Ability to respond to urgent store issues promptly when on call.
