What You'll Do8
- 1Lead the store crew during shifts, assigning tasks and directing follow-up on all activities to meet sales and service goals.
- 2Carry out opening and closing procedures, including cash handling, security checks, and store readiness.
- 3Resolve customer complaints and questions in person and at the register, applying CVS policy to turn issues into positive experiences.
- 4Restock shelves and execute the display, signing, and inventory for weekly, promotional, and seasonal merchandise.
- 5Implement department resets following POGs (Plan-O-Grams) to maximize product visibility and sales.
- 6Communicate shift performance and operational issues to store management, ensuring seamless handoffs.
- 7Maintain customer and patient confidentiality in every interaction, especially at the pharmacy counter.
- 8Adapt to early morning, overnight, and weekend shifts, plus overtime and urgent call-ins, to keep the store running.
Requirements7
- 1High school diploma or equivalent preferred but not required
- 26+ months of retail or customer service experience, ideally as a supervisor or keyholder
- 3Proven deductive reasoning and analytical skills to make quick decisions on the floor
- 4Advanced communication and supervision skills to direct teams and serve customers
- 5Computer literacy, including POS systems and inventory management tools
- 6Ability to work a flexible schedule including early morning, overnight, and weekend shifts
- 7Authorization to work in the US and ability to pass a background check
