What You'll Do8
- 1Lead the store crew by assigning tasks, directing activities, and following up on execution to meet daily goals.
- 2Complete all opening and closing procedures, ensuring store readiness and regulatory compliance.
- 3Resolve customer questions, problems, and complaints, while coaching colleagues on myImpact and myCustomer feedback.
- 4Maintain customer and patient confidentiality in every interaction and transaction.
- 5Price merchandise and stock shelves, ensuring accurate signage and inventory levels.
- 6Plan and execute weekly, promotional, and seasonal displays, including off-shelf merchandise, to drive sales.
- 7Communicate effectively between store management and crew, relaying priorities and feedback.
- 8Handle all customer relations issues per company policy, promoting a positive shopping environment.
Requirements6
- 1High school diploma or equivalent preferred, but not required.
- 2Deductive reasoning and analytical skills to solve operational problems.
- 3Computer skills for inventory systems and scheduling tools.
- 4Advanced communication and supervision skills to guide and motivate the crew.
- 5Flexible schedule including early mornings, overnight, and weekends, with overtime as needed.
- 61+ year of retail supervisor experience preferred.
Salary Insight
$33 - $50k per year
