Overview
You will direct the activities of associates during a specific shift at Detroit Receiving Hospital, ensuring quality, productivity, and safety standards are met. You will oversee a team of environmental services workers, manage schedules, and evaluate performance. Working with Crothall Healthcare, a leader in Environmental Services, you will support a top-ranked hospital with nearly 1,300 accounts. What You'll Do6
- 1Train associates and create work schedules for the shift.
- 2Evaluate worker performance, reward high performers, and discipline those who miss standards.
- 3Prepare production or sales reports for management and ensure the unit meets quality and safety expectations.
- 4Serve as the contact person for employee complaints and time-off requests.
- 5Mentor employees, encourage goal setting, and support advancement.
- 6Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements7
- 1Prior healthcare experience required.
- 21+ year of supervisory experience in healthcare or EVS.
- 3High school diploma or equivalent.
- 4Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- 5Ability to work the 11:00 pm to 7:30 am shift.
- 6Authorization to work in the United States.
- 7Pass background screening and drug test.
