- 5Serve beverages and food to the highest quality standards
- 6Guide team members on new menu offerings and procedures
- 7Handle cash deposits and resolve guest concerns
- 8Report incidents of illness and injury according to protocol
- 9Prepare and serve items while demonstrating exemplary behavior
- 10Lead high-performing teams and set high standards
- 11Foster curiosity through participation in tastings and training
Requirements5
- 16 months to 1 year of supervisory experience or team leadership
- 2Completed Blue Bottle Academy Barista training or will finish within 90 days
- 3Existing Food Safety Certification for the state of employment
- 4Basic math and computer skills
- 5Available for flexible schedules including mornings evenings weekends and holidays
