What You'll Do11
- 1Serve as Manager on Duty in training, opening and closing the store while assisting senior management
- 2Provide personalized guest service and train colleagues in hospitality standards
- 3Operate POS systems for accurate transactions and manage cash reconciliation
- 4Maintain store cleanliness and safety across all areas including exterior spaces
- 5Handle inventory management through weekly deliveries and stockroom replenishment
- 6Merchandise products according to guidelines and create attractive displays
- 7Lead team projects and initiatives as directed by management
- 8Ensure compliance with company policies and product knowledge requirements
- 9Assist with property maintenance and guest services including cart collection
- 10Coordinate wrap services and gift basket assembly for customers
- 11Perform additional tasks as assigned by store leadership
Requirements7
- 1Minimum 6 months management experience or equivalent training
- 2Bachelor's degree or 2 years relevant education in Business Management
- 3Age 21 with reliable attendance record
- 4Ability to work flexible schedules including nights and weekends
- 5Physical stamina for standing, bending, lifting up to 40 lbs
- 6Strong communication skills for guest interaction and team leadership
