What You'll Do8
- 1Check all menu items are available and ingredients stocked, logging shortages and coordinating restocks.
- 2Inspect store cleanliness against Akihi's hygiene standards, coaching staff on sanitation protocols.
- 3Monitor bubble tea machines and kitchen equipment, reporting malfunctions and arranging repairs.
- 4Taste and visually inspect drinks and food for consistency, adjusting recipes or training as needed.
- 5Track ingredient and packaging levels, initiating timely restocking to prevent out-of-stocks.
- 6Lead the shift team, assigning tasks, guiding performance, and modeling excellent customer service.
- 7Handle order corrections, refunds, and discounts per Akihi policy, resolving guest issues promptly.
- 8Implement new menu items and promotions, training staff on updated procedures and POS systems.
Requirements7
- 11+ year supervising a team in food service or retail.
- 2Food handler certification or ability to obtain within 30 days.
- 3Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a high-volume bubble tea shop.
- 4Strong verbal communication and conflict resolution skills.
- 5Basic math for cash handling and inventory counts.
- 6Availability to work weekends, evenings, and holidays.
- 7High school diploma or equivalent.
