You will own shift operations at a high-volume Jersey Mike's location, leading a team of 4-6 crew members during peak hours. You'll coordinate the line, manage food safety, and resolve customer issues with a calm, professional approach. Working directly with the general manager, you'll learn scheduling, inventory, and crew training. This role builds leadership skills in a fast-growing franchise with clear paths to assistant manager.

You will run the shift as the on-site leader for a Jersey Mike's franchise, directing a crew of 2-5 people to deliver fast, high-quality subs and exceptional customer service. You will own the store's daily execution, from opening to closing, ensuring cleanliness, food standards, and team performance. Working under the GM/AGM, you will coach staff, enforce policies, and build sales through community engagement. This role demands ServeSafe certification and the ability to operate the slicer, making you a key holder with full operational responsibility.

You will own customer experience and sandwich preparation at Jersey Mike's Subs, serving 50+ guests per hour during peak rushes. You will join a tight-knit team of 10-15 crew members and shift leads, learning every station from register to grill.
