Thorntons seeks a dynamic Shift Lead to lead teams and drive operational excellence across multiple locations. This role focuses on delivering exceptional guest experiences through effective management of food and beverage operations.
What You'll Do12
- 1Maintain safety compliance and oversee all GSR shift duties
- 2Execute comprehensive Thorntons food and beverage program
- 3Provide ongoing training in standard practices and food safety
- 4Ensure proper task completion and demonstrate leadership abilities
- 5Work multiple shifts and train new team members
- 6Deliver budget adherence through accurate cash handling
- 7Prepare fresh food while meeting strict food safety standards
- 8Obtain required food safety certifications
- 9Follow all legal regulations regarding restricted sales
- 10Keep stores fully stocked and maintained
- 11Clean facilities and equipment regularly
- 12Monitor fuel dispensers and grounds maintenance
Requirements10
- 15+ years managing ETL pipelines with Spark and Airflow
- 2AWS Certified
- 3BCBA certification
- 4Experience with Kubernetes architecture
- 5Proven leadership in fast-paced environments
- 6Strong communication and coaching skills
- 7Experience in restaurant or hospitality settings
- 8Ability to work multiple shifts including weekends
- 9Knowledge of Thorntons operations procedures
- 10Commitment to company values of delighting guests
Salary Insight
$35 - $37k per year
