What You'll Do10
- 1Operate industrial sewing machines to sew, hem, reinforce, and assemble products.
- 2Set up and operate pad printing equipment while maintaining print quality and color accuracy.
- 3Verify job specifications, quantities, and product quality against work orders.
- 4Apply decals, stickers, and tickets to finished products.
- 5Fold, package, prepack, box, and prepare finished products for shipment.
- 6Build pallets and prepare orders for distribution following safety guidelines.
- 7Monitor production output and remove defective products to maintain quality standards.
- 8Troubleshoot equipment issues and communicate concerns to supervisors promptly.
- 9Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area using 6S standards.
- 10Assist with additional production duties as needed to meet deadlines.
Requirements10
- 11+ years in manufacturing, sewing, or garment production (preferred, willing to train).
- 2Ability to follow written and verbal instructions accurately.
- 3Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- 4Positive attitude and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- 5Dependable and reliable attendance record.
- 6Comfortable performing repetitive tasks while maintaining quality.
- 7Ability to lift and move materials weighing up to 50 pounds.
- 8Physical capability to stand for extended periods, bend, twist, reach overhead, and perform repetitive hand movements.
- 9Fine motor skills and hand-eye coordination for operating equipment and inspecting products.
