Overview
Own and shape ServiceNow programs at scale for enterprise clients from a remote-first delivery model. What You'll Do5
- 1Lead advisory engagements for ServiceNow programs and define end to end roadmaps
- 2Design governance models and implementation plans that align with client objectives
- 3Collaborate with product, delivery, and client stakeholders to ensure outcomes are met
- 4Provide strategic guidance on platform architecture, integrations, and data governance
- 5Mentor and coach client teams and internal consultants on best practices and governance
Requirements5
- 15+ years building or advising on ServiceNow programs and platforms
- 2Strong experience with ITSM, ITOM, and HRSD on the ServiceNow platform
- 3Proven ability to navigate client organizations, influence stakeholders, and drive outcomes
- 4Excellent communication and storytelling skills with executive audiences
- 5Travel as needed for engagements (remote friendly)
