ServiceNow Administrator/Developer, TS/SCI Clearance & DoD Focus
Overview
ServiceNow Administrator/Developer role supporting mission critical programs in a secure hybrid cloud. You will administer, maintain, and enhance self-hosted ServiceNow instances while developing workflows, service requests, and automation solutions that improve operational efficiency. Work with a collaborative team focused on continuous learning and technical excellence in Fort Meade, Maryland. This position requires an active TS/SCI clearance with Polygraph and the ability to operate in a highly secure environment.

- 5Perform system, integration, and accessibility testing

- 7Assess current ServiceNow usage and recommend enhancements
- 8Develop scripts to automate routine administrative tasks
- 9Create and maintain technical documentation
- 10Train and mentor junior team members
Requirements10
- 1Active TS/SCI clearance with Polygraph
- 2Ten years of systems administration experience on programs of similar scope
- 3Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline or five additional years of experience in lieu of degree
- 4Active IAT Level II certification or higher (e.g., CCNA Security, GICSP, GSEC, Security+, or SSCP)
- 5Minimum of two years of ServiceNow Administrator/Developer experience
- 6Experience managing a self-hosted ServiceNow instance including upgrades
- 7Linux/UNIX troubleshooting experience
- 8Development experience using JavaScript or another high-level language
- 9Familiarity with HTML, XML, CSS and web UI technologies
- 10Experience creating and maintaining technical documentation
