What You'll Do10
- 1Organize and execute general duties preventative maintenance and repairs following company protocols
- 2Inspect vacated apartments document needed renovations and reinspect completed units
- 3Repair HVAC electrical plumbing appliances carpentry emergency systems flooring hardware masonry painting drywall pools spas and waste management
- 4Monitor community grounds and structures enforce safety standards
- 5Address resident requests promptly providing exceptional service
- 6Promote safe work practices and ensure regulatory compliance including fair housing laws
- 7Collaborate with on-site teams to complete assignments
- 8Maintain accurate records and complete required documentation independently
- 9Operate maintenance equipment safely and effectively
- 10Communicate clearly with residents staff and vendors
Requirements8
- 1High School diploma or GED preferred 1-3 years maintenance experience
- 2Multi-family property management background beneficial
- 3Certification in HVAC or CPO preferred
- 4Strong reading writing and communication skills in English
- 5Proficiency with Microsoft Office and property management software
- 6Experience using hand tools power equipment and chemical handling
- 7Ability to drive vehicles and navigate residential properties
