Requirements11
- 15+ years managing residential facilities using Spark and Airflow
- 23-5 seasons of hands-on experience with maintenance tasks
- 3Certified in CPC Card or BCBA credentials
- 45+ years experience with preventative maintenance systems
- 5Proven ability to operate machinery weighing up to 50 pounds
- 6Strong communication skills for vendor coordination and resident interaction
- 7Physical stamina to stand, walk, and climb structures as needed
- 8Attention to detail in documenting work orders and compliance records
- 9Reliability for after-hours on-call availability during inclement weather
- 10Basic computer literacy for digital work order management
- 11Commitment to safety protocols and proper equipment handling
