What You'll Do7
- 1Build strong relationships with restaurant and hospitality customers through reliable, proactive service
- 2Diagnose and repair electrical, mechanical, and plumbing-related issues with precision and professionalism
- 3Install, service, and maintain commercial dishwashing and cleaning equipment across the Columbus market
- 4Manage route scheduling, inventory, and equipment care to ensure consistent results
- 5Partner with customers to identify opportunities for growth and satisfaction
- 6Ensure full safety compliance in every task from chemical handling to equipment procedures
- 7Provide hands-on training and mentorship to junior technicians when applicable
Requirements5
- 1Prior experience in Customer Service, or as a Maintenance Specialist, or related mechanical field preferred
- 2Strong technical or mechanical aptitude comfortable with troubleshooting and hands-on problem solving
- 3Excellent customer service and communication skills
- 4High sense of accountability, safety awareness, and pride in workmanship
- 5Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
