You own the guest experience from arrival to departure at a high-volume restaurant in Holly Springs. You greet, seat, and serve with precision, using OpenTable and Aloha POS to drive seating flow and transactions. What You'll Do8
- 1Greet guests and manage reservations through OpenTable to optimize table turnover.
- 2Take orders accurately and process them via Aloha POS or Micros POS.
- 3Provide menu guidance and upsell wines, spirits, and signature dishes.
- 4Serve food and beverages with proper presentation and adherence to food safety standards.
- 5Handle cash and card payments through POS systems with integrity.
- 6Bus tables and maintain cleanliness in guest areas and service stations.
- 7Resolve guest concerns and special requests to foster loyalty.
- 8Assist with food prep and kitchen coordination when needed.
Requirements8
- 11+ years as a server or host in a full-service restaurant.
- 2Hands-on proficiency with Aloha POS or Micros POS.
- 3Working knowledge of OpenTable or similar reservation systems.
- 4Food Handler certification or equivalent sanitation training.
- 5Ability to lift 25 lbs and stand for 8-hour shifts.
- 6Flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.
- 7Strong memory for orders and details in a fast-paced setting.
- 8Upselling skills in wine and spirits (certification preferred).
