What You'll Do10
- 1Build memorable dining experiences for residents by serving meals with care and attention to detail in a senior living environment
- 2Design and maintain a clean, organized dining area that adheres to facility standards and kitchen/dining protocols
- 3Own guest interactions to ensure resident comfort, safety, and overall satisfaction during meals
- 4Ship timely service by coordinating with the kitchen and front-of-house teams to meet resident needs within service windows
- 5Drive consistency in service quality through accurate order taking, timing, and attention to resident preferences
- 6Support team training and knowledge sharing to enhance guest experience and safety
- 7Scale service operations during high-demand periods while maintaining personalized resident care
- 8Debug and resolve guest questions or issues promptly to preserve a positive dining experience
- 9Lead by example in professionalism and empathy, fostering a welcoming atmosphere for residents and families
- 10Collaborate with supervisors to support scheduling and coverage during evenings, weekends, and holidays
