Weekend Server, Senior Living Dining Experience

The role owns the weekend dining experience for residents at Waterstone at the Circle, supporting a senior living community with attentive service at a 3pm-9pm schedule. You will join a compassionate culinary team delivering exceptional hospitality in a close-knit setting. This position emphasizes reliability, communication, and a genuine passion for serving seniors. What You'll Do10
- 1Lead dining service for residents during weekend shifts ensuring a positive experience
- 2Follow kitchen and dining protocols to meet facility standards
- 3Communicate clearly with residents, families, and colleagues to accommodate needs
- 4Maintain detailed, accurate service notes and order details
- 5Support food service operations and set up dining areas for residents
- 6Assist with opening and closing duties and sanitization during shifts
- 7Provide courteous and timely guest interactions to enhance satisfaction
- 8Collaborate with the culinary team to deliver high-quality meals
- 9Assist with special events and resident activities when needed
- 10Ensure safety and cleanliness in dining areas throughout shifts

- 8Ability to work weekends and a 3pm-9pm shift
