Own the dining experience for residents at LifeStream in Phoenix creating a warm, welcoming, and safe dining environment. You will support meal service, bussing, and upkeep of dining areas while upholding resident dignity and comfort in every interaction. What You'll Do8
- 1Build a pleasant dining environment by cleaning and setting up dining areas and tables
- 2Serve meals and drinks with a patient, friendly demeanor and accurate portioning
- 3Maintain cleanliness of tables, chairs, floors, equipment, and dining spaces before and after meals
- 4Deliver trays and assist residents to dining areas ensuring everyone has access to meals
- 5Stock supplies and manage beverage stations according to community policies and procedures
- 6Communicate respectfully with residents and staff to support a caring atmosphere
- 7Follow safety and confidentiality guidelines and protect residents information
- 8Assist with other dining room duties as assigned
Requirements5
- 1High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- 2Ability to read and comprehend simple procedures
- 3Light physical effort handling objects up to 20 pounds occasionally and up to 10 pounds frequently
- 4Must be able to bend and stoop and handle bulky objects
- 5Must possess health certifications as required by local, state and federal health departments
