Dining Room Server, Senior Living Community & Residence Care
Overview
Be responsible for providing high quality meals and a gracious dining experience for our residents at a senior living community. You will take accurate orders, communicate with back of house, and deliver exceptional service in a respectful, infection-free environment. This role supports a culture of servant-leadership and opportunities for advancement within a caring team.
What You'll Do5
- 1Provide high quality meal service and accurate order taking
- 2Relay meal orders to back of house staff ensuring correct presentation
- 3Maintain cleanliness and sanitation in dining areas and bistro spaces
- 4Know daily specials and food preparation presented to residents
- 5Attend trainings and meetings and participate in quality assurance activities
Requirements5
- 1Ability to read, write, speak and understand English
- 2Knowledge of ADA, state, infection and control, health department, and OSHA regulations
- 3Experience in dietary departments of health care facilities or restaurants preferred but not required
- 4Must be present in dining room for full meal service and maintain sanitary environment
- 5Must be able to serve hot food hot and cold food cold
