Overview
You will own the dining experience for residents at Pine Run Village, serving meals to 6,000 older adults with respect and dignity. You will set up dining areas, serve meals accurately and on time, and keep the kitchen and dining spaces clean and sanitized. This part-time evening role offers a supportive team environment and a clear path to grow within Presbyterian Senior Living. What You'll Do8
- 1Prepare dining areas for meals, setting tables with dinnerware and decorations.
- 2Serve accurate and attractive meals in a timely manner, ensuring proper food temperature.
- 3Communicate with residents to obtain meal orders and respond to requests.
- 4Monitor and maintain proper levels of supplies and food items in work areas and dining rooms.
- 5Observe and report changes in residents' dining habits to appropriate personnel.
- 6Maintain adequate cleanliness of dining services equipment and work area.
- 7Ensure proper storage of food items according to policy.
- 8Operate the dishwasher when appropriate.
