You will own the guest experience at Golden Corral in Denver, Colorado, delivering 8 Steps of Service at a high-volume restaurant. What You'll Do9
- 1Greet guests and follow the Eight Steps of Service to ensure satisfaction and return visits.
- 2Maintain a clean, neat appearance and positive attitude to uphold Golden Corral hospitality standards.
- 3Take orders accurately and deliver food and beverages using just-in-time delivery methods.
- 4Promote teamwork by assisting other servers to ensure outstanding guest service.
- 5Explain new products and special promotions with enthusiasm and product knowledge.
- 6Verify guest receipts match party size and product specifications.
- 7Execute opening and closing procedures, side work, and CSQ (Cleanliness, Service, Quality) duties.
- 8Follow local health department laws and safe work practices for personal and guest safety.
- 9Report equipment or facility issues to the manager promptly.
Requirements7
- 11+ year of server or customer service experience in a restaurant environment.
- 2Ability to stand and walk for long shifts and carry trays up to 25 pounds.
- 3Strong communication skills and a courteous, professional demeanor.
- 4Willingness to follow Golden Corral training and Eight Steps of Service standards.
- 5Availability to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays.
- 6Must be 18+ years old and eligible to work in the US.
- 7Ability to work in a team and assist with bussing and side work as needed.
