What You'll Do11
- 1Prepare Hot Choice Buffet products including Carving and Display Cooking items according to Golden Corral recipes and procedures
- 2Grill all items to meet quality standards and keep fried products fresh and hot
- 3Assist guests with carved meat options when the Carver is unavailable
- 4Maintain proper temperatures during cooking holding and serving
- 5Use production guides to manage inventory of hot cook products
- 6Conduct opening and closing administrative procedures
- 7Perform equipment maintenance as outlined in the Equipment Maintenance manual
- 8Rotate stock using FIFO method and take inventory while checking build-to with the Manager
- 9Ensure Hot Cook area and smallwares are clean and inspect dishes before use
- 10Follow local health department laws and keep Char Grill clean and scraped
- 11Deliver hot and fresh products to guests while being friendly courteous and maintaining professional communication
Requirements5
- 15+ years building ETL pipelines with Spark and Airflow
- 23-5 seasons experience in hospitality
- 3CPC Card certification
- 4BCBA certification
- 5AWS Certified
