What You'll Do6
- 1Greet guests warmly and provide attentive personalized service throughout their visit
- 2Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS Micros POS or OpenTable
- 3Serve food and drinks efficiently while maintaining proper food handling and sanitation standards
- 4Assist with bussing tables cleaning workstations and supporting kitchen staff when needed
- 5Manage cash handling responsibilities accurately including cashiering duties
- 6Maintain excellent guest relations by addressing questions resolving issues promptly and ensuring overall satisfaction
Requirements10
- 15+ years building ETL pipelines with Spark and Airflow
- 2Proven experience with POS systems like Aloha POS Micros POS or OpenTable
- 3Strong knowledge of food safety sanitation practices and food handling procedures
- 4Excellent customer service skills with a friendly energetic attitude
- 5Ability to multitask effectively in fast-paced environments such as fine dining or nightclub settings
- 6Culinary experience or background in food preparation is highly desirable
- 7Effective time management skills to handle multiple tables and responsibilities seamlessly
- 8Experience in sales techniques including upselling to maximize revenue
- 9Knowledge of restaurant operations including bussing host/hostess duties and basic math for cash handling
- 10Familiarity with food industry standards for hospitality guest services and food safety regulations
