What You'll Do11
- 1Provide friendly responsive and informed service to all guests
- 2Take orders and process transactions using Toast POS technology
- 3Serve food and beverages accurately and efficiently
- 4Perform front-of-house duties such as greeting guests running food and bussing tables
- 5Maintain cleanliness of dining room patio and building exterior
- 6Assist with keg changes and minor back-of-house tasks
- 7Ensure upkeep of all areas following health and safety requirements
- 8Restock and maintain necessary supplies throughout service
- 9Proactively monitor guest needs and offer support to team members
- 10Collaborate with teammates in a cooperative service environment
- 11Enforce alcohol service laws and participate in product knowledge training
Requirements11
- 1Must be 21 years of age or older
- 2Valid California Responsible Beverage Service certification
- 3Valid state food handler certification
- 4Legally authorized to work in the United States
- 5Ability to communicate effectively in English
- 6Minimum of 2 years hospitality or service experience
- 7Experience with Toast POS or similar point-of-sale systems
- 8Ability to multitask and stay organized in high-volume environments
- 9Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- 10Demonstrated reliability punctuality and professionalism
- 11Comfort with technology and willingness to adopt new tools
