What You'll Do7
- 1Greet guests warmly upon arrival and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their visit
- 2Take accurate food and beverage orders using our Toast POS system ensuring clear communication with kitchen staff and baristas
- 3Serve food and drinks promptly, including handling cocktail and spirits service with professionalism and flair
- 4Process sales transactions efficiently while managing cash handling responsibilities with accuracy
- 5Upsell menu items, Margaritas, or specialty cocktails to enhance guest experience and increase sales opportunities
- 6Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards by bussing tables, resetting dining areas, and adhering to food safety protocols
- 7Assist with food preparation or food handling tasks as needed to support kitchen operations and ensure quality standards are met
Requirements7
- 15+ years building ETL pipelines with Spark and Airflow
- 23-5 seasons leading server teams
- 3Food safety certification or willingness to obtain training in sanitation practices and food handling procedures
- 4Basic math skills for processing payments accurately and managing tabs seamlessly
- 5Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently during busy hours
- 6Knowledge of beverage service including cocktails, spirits, wine, and beer along with proper drink presentation techniques
- 7Flexible availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays as required by the restaurant schedule
