What You'll Do8
- 1Greet guests, take orders, and serve food and drinks with focus and accuracy.
- 2Master the full menu, including pizza, salads, and breadsticks, to make confident recommendations.
- 3Handle cash and card transactions precisely, balancing your drawer each shift.
- 4Run food and bus tables to keep the floor moving smoothly during peak hours.
- 5Maintain a clean, sanitized work area following COVID-19 safety protocols.
- 6Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate order delivery.
- 7Assist with opening and closing duties, including restocking and setup.
- 8Participate in vendor events featuring local breweries and distilleries.
Requirements8
- 121+ years old and able to obtain a MAST permit.
- 21+ year serving or bartending experience in a high-volume restaurant.
- 3Demonstrated ability to multitask and prioritize in a busy environment.
- 4Strong cash-handling skills with zero tolerance for errors.
- 5Professional demeanor, calm under pressure, and a team-first attitude.
- 6Flexible schedule, with mandatory availability on Friday and Saturday evenings.
