What You'll Do10

- 3Take orders via POS system or paper slips, noting special requests.
- 4Deliver food and beverages from kitchen to tables, balancing trays.
- 5Clear tables, wipe down surfaces, and reset for the next party.
- 6Handle bill payments, process credit card transactions, and make change.
- 7Communicate order details to kitchen staff to ensure accuracy.
- 8Execute IHOP service standards, including FSE and OE checklists.
- 9Resolve guest complaints quickly, thanking them and inviting return visits.
- 10Stock service stations and dining room supplies, rotating as needed.
