Overview
Own daily operations of an IHOP restaurant, driving sales growth and profitability across all P&L categories. Lead a team of hourly staff, ensuring food safety, sanitation, and guest satisfaction. Coordinate with GM and ACG Texas leadership to achieve company goals. This role offers a seven-week training program and clear path to restaurant management.
What You'll Do7
- 1Drive sales growth by managing all areas, from daily decisions to staff scheduling, to meet or exceed company profit targets.
- 2Build a high-performing team by interviewing, hiring, and training top hourly candidates.
- 3Conduct orientation and on-the-job training for new hires, ensuring they master IHOP standards.
- 4Provide constructive feedback to staff to foster their development and elevate restaurant performance.
- 5Prepare end-of-shift reports: Daily Sales Reports, Daily Cash Interims, and Daily Labor Controls, to protect company assets.
- 6Maintain a safe environment for staff and guests, implementing security procedures for storeroom, freezer, and office.
- 7Enforce cleanliness and sanitation standards to reduce accident risk and ensure compliance.
Requirements7
- 12-5 years restaurant management experience.
- 2Ability to direct and coordinate organizational goals and objectives.
- 3Hands-on leadership style with focus on team development.
- 4Excellent interpersonal communication skills.
- 5Exceptional customer service and problem-solving skills.
- 6Detail-oriented with focus on quality.
- 7Willingness to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
