Overview
Server Assistant at Hai Hospitality and LORO Houston serves as the backbone of Front of House. This role maintains high service levels by monitoring dining room expo line and bar. SAs act as primary food runners while cleaning and resetting tables. Fully trained SAs can advance to Bartender position increasing responsibility and wages.
What You'll Do7
- 1Acquaint yourself with menu current specials and cuisine
- 2Learn about beer wine and cocktails through peer-led beverage training
- 3Be present and active on the floor assisting with running side work
- 4Bus and reset tables polish glassware and stock supplies
- 5Assist bartenders with all aspects of service to enhance guest experience
- 6Deliver food to guests and explain each dish
- 7Receive organize and deliver curbside orders to guests waiting outside
