- 8Facilitate patient flow by notifying providers of arrivals and communicating with staff
- 9Schedule follow-up services and coordinate surgical appointments
- 10Respond courteously to patient inquiries and maintain confidentiality
- 11Manage medical supply inventory and monitor equipment functionality
- 12Ensure accurate medical record documentation and timely billing completion
- 13Perform additional duties as assigned by management
Requirements10
- 15+ years building ETL pipelines with Spark and Airflow
- 2AWS Certified Solutions Architect
- 3BCBA Certification
- 4High School Diploma or equivalent
- 5Minimum 2-3 years customer service experience
- 6Basic knowledge of CPT and ICD-10 coding systems
- 7Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite
- 8Understanding of HIPAA and CMS compliance requirements
- 9Experience with EMR systems
- 10Strong verbal and written communication abilities
