What You'll Do7
- 1Act as the primary point of contact for incoming patient and provider inquiries managing inbound calls

- 3Navigate multiple software platforms and databases simultaneously to research and resolve customer concerns
- 4Accurately document all interactions and maintain detailed records within company systems
- 5Communicate effectively across internal departments and elevate complex issues to management
- 6Maintain strict confidentiality and adhere to all healthcare regulations HIPAA and company policies
- 7Collaborate with cross functional teams to improve processes and enhance customer satisfaction
Requirements6
- 15+ years building ETL pipelines with Spark and Airflow
- 2Associate's or Bachelor's Degree required degree in biomedical science preferred
- 3Customer service experience call center experience is a major plus
- 4At least 1 year of experience using medical terminology
- 5Strong computer proficiency typing at least 40 WPM while actively speaking with a caller
- 6Professional empathetic resilient approach to problem solving in a high volume environment
