What You'll Do11

  • 1Work as a bench scientist supporting Principal Investigators on client projects ensuring data quality and adherence to timelines
  • 2Lead method development and troubleshooting for bioanalytical assays using advanced instrumentation with minimal supervision
  • 3Perform extraction and analysis of drugs or biomarkers from complex biological samples
  • 4Write Standard Operating Procedures and detailed study reports
  • 5Collaborate with associates to share knowledge and improve laboratory processes
  • 6Maintain GLP compliance throughout all analytical workflows
  • 7Optimize sample preparation techniques to enhance assay sensitivity and reproducibility
  • 8Utilize statistical tools to evaluate method performance and data integrity
  • 9Train junior staff on proper use of mass spectrometry instruments and software platforms
  • 10Develop and execute validation protocols aligned with regulatory guidelines
  • 11Communicate findings clearly to cross-functional teams and stakeholders

Requirements11

  • 15+ years experience in bioanalysis including GLP or non-GLP settings
  • 2BS/MS/PhD with strong analytical chemistry background
  • 3Proficiency with Sciex Triple Quadruple Mass Spec and Thermo Orbitrap Mass Spec
  • 4Experience with Ligand-Binding assays and Hybridization LC-Fluorescence assays
  • 5Familiarity with RT-qPCR methodologies and data interpretation
  • 63-5 seasons of professional laboratory experience
  • 7Hands-on expertise with AWS cloud services for data management
  • 8Certification such as CPC Card or BCBA preferred
  • 9Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced research environment
  • 10Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on method efficiency
  • 11Commitment to maintaining accurate and traceable laboratory records
