Overview

What You'll Do11

  • 1Operate and maintain LC/MS instruments to generate high-quality experimental data
  • 2Perform affinity purification of biotherapeutic molecules including antibodies and ADCs
  • 3Develop proteomics and immunopeptidomics sample preparation workflows
  • 4Analyze data and maintain comprehensive electronic laboratory notebooks
  • 5Communicate findings internally and externally through clear data interpretation
  • 6Facilitate assay optimization to ensure data quality and laboratory capacity
  • 7Generate scientific proposals and lead translational research initiatives
  • 8Investigate emerging methods and integrate regulatory advances into R&D programs
  • 9Act as subject matter expert while collaborating across cross-functional teams
  • 10Drive bioanalytical strategies supporting in vivo PK/TK and stability studies
  • 11Maintain meticulous documentation for all analytical projects

Requirements10

  • 15+ years building ETL pipelines with Spark and Airflow
  • 23-5 seasons leading quantitative translational science projects
  • 3Ph.D. in pharmaceutical or biotechnology field
  • 4M.S. or B.S. with equivalent experience
  • 5Hands-on expertise with LC-MS platforms including QQQ TOF and orbitrap
  • 6Experience with proteomics/immunopeptidomics sample preparation
  • 7Proficiency with automated liquid handling systems
  • 8Advanced skills in data analysis using Protein Metrics Byos and GraphPad Prism
  • 9Strong background in in vivo PK TK and PK/PD methodologies
  • 10Demonstrated ability to design and execute complex analytical workflows
