What You'll Do8
- 1Assess and interpret diagnostic data using lab results and interdisciplinary notes to guide interventions
- 2Set measurable patient goals and implement individualized care plans
- 3Prioritize follow-up assessments considering physiological psychological and sociocultural factors
- 4Communicate thoroughly during hand-offs with the interdisciplinary team
- 5Apply knowledge of diagnoses procedures and equipment specific to the unit
- 6Collaborate with mentors to advance nursing skills and practice changes
- 7Navigate Microsoft Windows programs and demonstrate advanced abstract reasoning
- 8Maintain effective verbal and oral communication skills
Requirements6
- 1Associate's degree in Nursing required with preference for Bachelor's
- 21+ year acute care hospital experience preferred
- 3Registered Nurse license with BLS and ACLS certifications required
- 4Fluency in English reading writing and speaking
- 5Ability to perform EKG assessments
- 6Commitment to continuous learning and professional growth
Salary Insight
$64 - $108k per year
