What You'll Do9
- 1Partner with PM through Research & Discovery to understand and scope problems start conceptualizing in Claude Design early
- 2Perform upstream thinking in Cowork problem framing flow logic edge-case mapping
- 3Design every state including empty loading error partial data scenarios
- 4Iterate through validation stress-testing flows incorporating client feedback prepare work for engineering
- 5Produce validated Claude Design prototype with clear documentation and rationale
- 6Build components and tokens from design system contribute to skills agents quality gates DesignOps
- 7Conceptually design information architecture and UX flows for complex data structures support search navigation business functionality
- 8Stay engaged beyond handoff supporting engineering through build and QA
- 9Articulate decisions clearly track work in team tools maintain meeting presence across time zones
Requirements11
- 15+ years of user experience product design work
- 2Fluency with AI-native design workflows using AI as core thinking tool
- 3Product design experience in enterprise cloud-based applications
- 4Strong prototyping skills treating prototypes as thinking tools move fast collaboratively
- 5Outcomes-over-output mindset validating early iterating openly
- 6Experience documenting and annotating design work articulating decisions
- 7Working knowledge of Figma Auto Layout component design FigJam
- 8Attention to detail producing polished deliverables
- 9Exceptional written verbal and presentation skills
- 10Assets experience with Material UI Bootstrap HTML CSS React Angular JavaScript
- 11Track record building or improving DesignOps tooling design systems team workflows
