Senior Technical Program Manager, Azure DevOps
Overview
As a Senior Technical Program Manager, you will own the delivery of large-scale cloud software projects at Enexus Global, driving cross-functional teams to ship on time in a hybrid setup in Santa Clara, CA. You will coordinate with engineering, product, and operations to remove blockers and ensure milestones are met. Your command of Azure DevOps and Agile practices will be central to your success in this role. What You'll Do7
- 1Lead end-to-end delivery of cloud software programs, aligning engineering and product teams around clear milestones and outcomes within the first 90 days.
- 2Drive the Agile process, facilitating sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives to keep teams focused and shipping high-quality features.
- 3Track and report on program health, risks, and dependencies, escalating issues early and driving resolutions to maintain velocity.
- 4Collaborate with engineering leads to define technical requirements, ensuring alignment with architectural goals and Azure DevOps pipelines.
- 5Coordinate cross-functional teams across Bay Area and remote locations, fostering collaboration and clarity in a hybrid work environment.
- 6Manage stakeholder communications, providing transparent updates on progress, risks, and trade-offs to executive sponsors and clients.
- 7Champion continuous improvement, applying Azure DevOps dashboards and metrics to refine planning and execution processes.
Requirements10
- 15-7 years of experience as a Technical Program Manager or project manager in large-scale software development.
- 2Strong background in cloud software development or project management, with a focus on distributed systems.
- 3Hands-on experience as an Agile Scrum Master, with a deep understanding of Scrum ceremonies and artifacts.
- 4Preferred experience with Azure DevOps for project tracking, CI/CD, and reporting.
- 55-7 years managing complex programs with multiple workstreams, delivering on time and within budget.
- 6Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with experience presenting to executives.
- 7Ability to work from the Santa Clara office at least 2 days per week in a hybrid model.
- 8Demonstrated ability to manage cross-functional teams and drive consensus in a fast-paced environment.
- 9Preferred certifications in Scrum Master (e.g., CSM or PSM) or Azure project management.
- 10Proven track record of shipping large-scale software projects in an enterprise setting.
