Requirements10
- 15+ years building ETL pipelines with Spark and Airflow
- 23-5 seasons leading recruitment initiatives
- 3College Degree or progressive experience in recruiting
- 4Minimum two years total recruitment experience
- 5Strong sales ability and negotiation skills
- 6Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- 7Experience with high-volume fast-paced environments
- 8Proactive approach with consistent search performance
- 9Strong knowledge of PC software and internet tools
- 10Superior consultative skills for influencing decisions
