What You'll Do11
- 1Provide deep technical and functional expertise in IBM Maximo and IBM Cognos across Enterprise Solutions
- 2Lead design configuration and optimization of Maximo Asset Management processes
- 3Develop and support Cognos reporting dashboards meeting operational strategic needs
- 4Troubleshoot Tier 3 application issues and evaluate technical feasibility aligned with architecture standards
- 5Partner with stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable system solutions
- 6Define governance standards and best practices for Maximo and Cognos implementations
- 7Support integrations between Maximo and enterprise platforms
- 8Identify improvements to asset performance maintenance efficiency and reporting effectiveness
- 9Advise on emerging technologies and analytics relevant to EAM and BI
- 10Support platform upgrades and future IBM Maximo Application Suite initiatives
- 11Mentor SMEs developers and support teams
Requirements11
- 1Associates degree in Computer Science Engineering with 7+ years experience OR Bachelor’s with 5+ years OR Master’s with 3+ years
- 2Extensive experience with IBM Maximo Asset Management
- 3Strong IBM Cognos Analytics solution development background
- 4Deep understanding of EAM maintenance and reliability processes
- 5Ability to integrate enterprise applications manage complex data environments
- 6Experience resolving complex technical business challenges
- 7Strong analytical problem solving skills
- 8Excellent communication engaging technical non-technical stakeholders
- 9Experience in large-scale enterprise settings
- 10Knowledge of asset management best practices continuous improvement
- 11U.S. Citizenship preferred
