What You'll Do7

  • 1Develop market and business unit plans that capitalize on trends in cloud, AI, and edge computing, delivering a roadmap within your first 90 days.
  • 2Build financial models and analyses to size profit pools and evaluate M&A targets, presenting recommendations to the executive committee.
  • 3Drive competitive assessments of Dell, HPE, Cisco, and emerging hyperscalers, translating findings into strategic plays.
  • 4Lead research on new product and market opportunities, including qualitative customer interviews and quantitative market sizing.
  • 5Craft executive communications for internal and external audiences, including board decks and investor updates.
  • 6Partner with business unit leaders to identify operational efficiencies and growth levers, with a focus on supply chain and direct-to-customer models.
  • 7Analyze venture capital and partnership opportunities, recommending growth investments that align with Dell's core infrastructure portfolio.

Requirements7

  • 13-5 years in strategy consulting, corporate development, or investment banking with a focus on technology.
  • 2Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Finance, or related field; MBA preferred.
  • 3Proven track record of leading M&A due diligence and valuation models (DCF, comps, accretion/dilution).
  • 4Advanced proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and data visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI.
  • 5Experience in the IT infrastructure or cloud services industry, with knowledge of server, storage, and networking markets.
  • 6Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insights.
  • 7Excellent written and verbal communication, with experience presenting to C-level executives.
