Enterprise Infrastructure Architect, M&A Integration
Overview
You will own infrastructure architecture for M&A integrations at Enterprise scale. Lead due diligence, design target states, and drive Cloud and On-Prem convergence. Partner with cross-functional teams to deliver secure, scalable platforms. 12+ years of infrastructure experience required. This role sits in San Jose, CA with Hybrid setup, contracting with SR Partners LLC.
What You'll Do9
- 1Lead M&A infrastructure due diligence, assess current state, and define integration roadmap.
- 2Design target architecture for Cloud (AWS, Azure) and On-Prem data centers.
- 3Drive network, compute, storage, and security integration across acquired entities.
- 4Build migration plans for VMware, Kubernetes, and Active Directory environments.
- 5Collaborate with Cybersecurity to ensure compliance and risk mitigation.
- 6Deliver architecture blueprints and present to C-level stakeholders.
- 7Coordinate with PMO to execute integration milestones and cutover.
- 8Own capacity planning and performance tuning for Enterprise systems.
- 9Mentor junior architects and set standards for Infrastructure as Code.
Requirements8
- 112+ years in enterprise IT infrastructure architecture.
- 2Proven M&A infrastructure integration leadership, including due diligence.
- 3Bachelor's degree in engineering, Computer Science, or related discipline.
- 4Expertise in VMware, NetApp, Cisco networking, and Active Directory.
- 5Experience with Cloud platforms: AWS or Azure.
- 6Strong understanding of Kubernetes and Docker.
- 7Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- 8Ability to travel as needed for integration projects.
