What You'll Do11
- 1Administer and configure NetApp and Pure SAN/NAS systems alongside third-party tools to ensure optimal performance and reliability
- 2Design scalable storage solutions addressing business requirements and enhance enterprise storage performance
- 3Support business continuity and disaster recovery initiatives through BCDR planning and testing
- 4Identify and resolve storage-related incidents while conducting root cause analysis and mitigation
- 5Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver technical documentation and maintain system baselines
- 6Develop and execute change management processes and coordinate technical communications
- 7Provide 24x7 on-call support and participate in incident response activities
- 8Implement zero trust security measures and automate storage administration tasks using modern tools
- 9Maintain and update architecture diagrams and operational reports for stakeholder transparency
- 10Lead knowledge sharing sessions and contribute to organizational best practices
- 11Assist with project execution and client engagement throughout the system lifecycle
Requirements9
- 15+ years of experience in enterprise storage architecture and administration
- 2Bachelor's degree in Computer Science Engineering or related field
- 3Expertise with NetApp Pure Storage and SAN/NAS platforms
- 4Proficiency in cloud storage solutions including AWS S3 and Azure integration
- 5Strong understanding of storage virtualization and container technologies like Kubernetes
- 6Ability to obtain federal security clearance
- 7Demonstrated experience with Active Directory and advanced networking concepts
- 8Certification in storage or cloud technologies preferred
- 9U.S. citizenship required with background investigation capability
