What You'll Do5
- 1Build robust, interpretable AI models that perform under real-world conditions including adversarial, edge, and GPS-denied environments
- 2Design and ship production-grade AI/ML pipelines for model building and inference across CHAOS product lines
- 3Lead small teams or mentor junior engineers to deliver high-quality, timely software
- 4Prototype quickly with stakeholders, translate requirements into deployable solutions, and iteratively improve based on feedback
- 5Collaborate with researchers and engineers to turn AI research into testable, field-ready software
Requirements5
- 1BS, MS, or PhD in CS, Electrical Engineering, or related field
- 28-15+ years delivering Data Science, data engineering, and model pipelines in production
- 3Experience leading small teams or mentoring engineers
- 4Strong communication skills and ability to present ideas to customers and stakeholders
- 5On-site presence 2-3 days/week in San Francisco, CA
