What You'll Do10
- 1Build and integrate AI/ML capabilities across product lines with real-world robustness and interpretability
- 2Productize AI models for adversarial, low-power, GPS-denied, and edge-deployed environments
- 3Lead rapid prototyping and prototype-to-production cycles with distributed teams
- 4Learn quickly by navigating existing codebases and documentation while staying current with industry trends
- 5Collaborate with customers and stakeholders to gather requirements and propose viable solutions
- 6Mentor junior engineers and guide small teams to deliver tangible software outcomes
- 7Design and implement testing strategies to ensure reliability in defense applications
- 8Present findings and proposals to diverse stakeholders in a clear, concise manner
- 9Contribute to open-source projects and internal tooling to accelerate development
- 10Ensure AI systems meet security, safety, and regulatory considerations in mission-driven contexts
Requirements5
- 1BS, MS, or PhD in Computer Science, Electrical/Electronic Engineering, or equivalent
- 28-15+ years of hands-on experience in Data Science, data engineering, model building, and inference pipelines
- 3Experience leading small teams or mentoring engineers
- 4Proven track record delivering AI-powered solutions in real business contexts
- 5Strong communication skills and comfort presenting to customers and stakeholders
