What You'll Do10

  • 1Build and integrate AI/ML capabilities across product lines with real-world robustness and interpretability
  • 2Productize AI models for adversarial, low-power, GPS-denied, and edge-deployed environments
  • 3Lead rapid prototyping and prototype-to-production cycles with distributed teams
  • 4Learn quickly by navigating existing codebases and documentation while staying current with industry trends
  • 5Collaborate with customers and stakeholders to gather requirements and propose viable solutions
  • 6Mentor junior engineers and guide small teams to deliver tangible software outcomes

Requirements5

  • 1BS, MS, or PhD in Computer Science, Electrical/Electronic Engineering, or equivalent
  • 28-15+ years of hands-on experience in Data Science, data engineering, model building, and inference pipelines
  • 3Experience leading small teams or mentoring engineers
  • 4Proven track record delivering AI-powered solutions in real business contexts
  • 5Strong communication skills and comfort presenting to customers and stakeholders
