  • 8Create and review technical designs architecture documents and diagrams
  • 9Utilize AI based development tools to enhance design coding testing and documentation
  • 10Design containerized workloads using runtimes and orchestration platforms
  • 11Lead CI/CD pipeline design and implementation
  • 12Apply IaC tools to define and manage cloud infrastructure
  • 13Define and implement observability with metrics logs traces dashboards and alerts
  • 14Integrate centralized logging and analytics solutions
  • 15Design data models and manage storage using relational graph and other technologies
  • 16Model authorization relationships using graph based data stores
  • 17Employ modern tools for development testing troubleshooting and event streaming
  • 18Mentor and coach engineers sharing security and cloud best practices

Requirements20

  • 15+ years experience as software or security engineer focusing on authentication authorization or access control
  • 2Senior or lead engineering role with ownership of services or platforms
  • 3Bachelor's degree in CS Software Engineering IT or related field
  • 4Proven design and implementation of authentication flows using open standards in production
  • 5Experience building role based attribute based access control systems for complex use cases
  • 6Strong programming skills in Go Java Python JavaScript or SQL
  • 7Experience building cloud native microservices and web APIs with modern frameworks
  • 8Experience operating services on public cloud platforms
  • 9Expertise in containerization orchestration continuous integration delivery pipelines and infrastructure as code
  • 10Familiarity with observability tools for metrics logging and tracing
  • 11Background in relational or graph databases with data modeling expertise
  • 12Strong problem solving skills emphasizing security reliability scalability and maintainability
  • 13Excellent written and verbal communication abilities leading design discussions
  • 14Experience mentoring engineers and establishing engineering standards
  • 15Preference for distributed authorization policy engines graph based authorization deep experience
  • 16Proficiency with centralized logging search platforms for large distributed systems
  • 17Ability to design and operate observability for high availability low latency services
  • 18Experience with event streaming platforms and message driven architectures
  • 19Demonstrated ownership of complex systems from design through launch and maintenance
