What You'll Do9
- 1Lead Foundry Layout/CAD team to enable MMIC/RFIC design through Virtuoso tool suite creation of layouts
- 2Enable accurate rapid design flow via layout data management and automation improvements
- 3Maintain highest standards for layout data preparation reticle building and photomask procurement
- 4Conduct data checks documentation and peer reviews while communicating with design production teams
- 5Manage and develop team providing career guidance to 20+ direct reports
- 6Support departmental management through functional leadership interactions
- 7Ensure compliance with DoD Secret clearance requirements and active status
- 8Drive process development and transition to production for layout automation systems
- 9Collaborate across sections to solve complex technical challenges
Requirements9
- 1Bachelor's degree in STEM field with 10+ years semiconductor MMIC layout and CAD experience
- 2Active DoD Secret clearance held by candidate and employer
- 3U.S. citizenship required for security clearance eligibility
- 4Proficiency with Cadence layout tools and photomask preparation techniques
- 5Familiarity with III-V semiconductor processing technologies GaAs GaN SOI
- 6Experience with RF device characterization and automated inspection processes
- 7Previous defense contractor or government agency background preferred
- 8Strong project scheduling and management capabilities
- 9Demonstrated leadership of technical teams and process improvement initiatives
