What You'll Do8
- 1Design build and validate RF microwave circuits for phased array antennas
- 2Conduct measurement verification and debugging using vector network analyzers
- 3Develop hardware prototypes on PCB materials and ceramic substrates
- 4Lead technical presentations and program management initiatives
- 5Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate RF components
- 6Drive innovation through requirement generation and root cause analysis
- 7Mentor junior engineers and provide technical guidance
- 8Ensure compliance with DoD Secret clearance standards
Requirements11
- 1Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field with 5+ years RF microwave design experience
- 2Active DoD Secret clearance required
- 3U.S. citizenship mandatory for clearance eligibility
- 4Proficiency with Ansys HFSS CST FEKO simulation tools
- 5Hands-on experience with microwave test equipment and antenna range testing
- 6Familiarity with Keysight ADS MATLAB and AutoCAD
- 7Strong leadership skills including coaching and delegation
- 8Background in microwave component design including filters circulators and power dividers
- 9Experience with RF module assembly and PCB integration
- 10Track record of delivering complex RF projects within schedule constraints
- 11Commitment to security protocols and confidential information handling
