What You'll Do8
- 1Lead 2-3 Agile teams through Scrum ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives
- 2Coach teams on Scrum artifacts like the definition of done, Epics, user stories, and backlog refinement
- 3Drive adoption of automated testing practices to reduce regression cycles and improve release confidence
- 4Facilitate cross-team dependency management with Product Owners and engineering leads to unblock delivery
- 5Track sprint metrics (velocity, burn-down) to spot trends and adjust team capacity or processes
- 6Serve as a servant leader, resolving conflicts and shielding teams from external distractions
- 7Partner with IT management to align sprint goals with program-level roadmaps and release planning
- 8Ship a measurable improvement in team predictability within the first 90 days by establishing consistent velocity baselines
Requirements5
- 17+ years leading Agile teams as a Scrum Master or Agile Project Manager
- 2Strong knowledge of Scrum techniques and artifacts including definition of done, Epics, user stories, and backlog refinement
- 3BA/BS in Business, Computer Science, Information Systems Management, or related field
- 4IT delivery background with software development lifecycle experience
- 5Excellent communication and servant leadership skills
