What You'll Do11
- 1Establish and execute scalable workflows for TCR specificity mapping from patient and disease‑relevant samples
- 2Support antigen‑specific T cell discovery using single‑cell profiling and TCR sequencing
- 3Design experiments to identify and prioritize disease‑relevant TCR candidates for therapeutic evaluation
- 4Contribute to translational oncology and autoimmunity workstreams through immune profiling and hypothesis generation
- 5Generate high‑quality annotated datasets for computational analysis and AI/ML model development
- 6Partner with bioinformatics and computational biology teams to connect immune profiling with therapeutic design
- 7Drive innovation by piloting new assays that improve scale, sensitivity, and biological resolution
- 8Troubleshoot complex assay workflows and recommend improvements to throughput and data quality
- 9Collaborate with cross‑functional partners to translate immune profiling outputs into therapeutic decisions
- 10Maintain rigorous standards for reproducible experimental data under program timelines
- 11Communicate experimental results and recommendations effectively to multidisciplinary teams
Requirements12
- 1PhD in immunology or related discipline
- 2At least 2 years hands‑on experience in T cell biology or TCR‑pMHC recognition
- 3Experience designing and troubleshooting immunology assays or T cell profiling workflows
- 4Proficiency with single‑cell sequencing, TCR sequencing, or NGS‑based readouts
- 5Ability to analyze and interpret immune profiling datasets
- 6Strong written and presentation skills for multidisciplinary audiences
- 7Familiarity with platform‑building environments and workflow optimization
- 8Demonstrated impact on therapeutic discovery through immune profiling
- 9Commitment to collaborative, fast‑paced program driven settings
